Account and Data Deletion

Glorius Forge (developer: Glorius Forge)

You can delete your Glorius Forge account and all associated data at any time. After a deletion request a 14-day grace period starts: signing in to the Game during this period allows you to cancel. After 14 days your account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

In the Game

Open the Game and sign in.
Open Ayarlar (Settings) with the gear icon at the top right and switch to the Hesap (Account) tab.
Tap Hesabı sil (Delete account) and confirm (email accounts are asked for their password).

On this page (email accounts)

If the Game is not installed, you can submit a deletion request here with your email and password.

Google or Apple accounts

These accounts have no password: delete them in the Game, or email destek@gloriusforge.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion". We process verified requests within 7 days.

What is deleted

Account data: email address, password hash, date of birth, Google/Apple link,
All characters and game data: level, items, gold, bank, quests, mailbox, PvP/NP and ranking records,
Purchased virtual items and crystals (they are lost together with the account).

What may be kept

Security and connection logs (such as IP addresses) and purchase records we must keep by law are retained for the legally required period (at most 1 year for security logs) and then deleted.
