Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the Glorius Forge mobile game (the "Game") and the gloriusforge.com website.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, date of birth (only to verify your age), and your password (stored only as an irreversible bcrypt hash). If you sign in with Google or Apple, the account identifier and email address those services provide.
- Game data: character name, class and nation, level, items, gold, bank, quest progress, PvP/NP records, ranking data, in-game messages.
- Technical data: IP address and connection logs (for security, cheat prevention and abuse protection), error logs.
- Purchase records: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card details; we only receive the purchase confirmation and product information.
We do not show ads, do not collect advertising identifiers, and do not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. Game notifications are scheduled locally on your device; we do not collect a device token for notifications.
3. Why we use your data
- To create your account, let you sign in and provide the Game,
- To store your progress on our servers,
- To detect cheating, bots and abuse and keep the Game secure,
- To answer support requests and handle account actions (deletion, restore),
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases: performance of our contract with you, legal obligations, our legitimate interest in security and fair play, and your consent where required.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. Data is shared only as needed with our hosting (server) provider, with Google or Apple for sign-in and in-app purchases, and with authorities when legally required. Our servers may be located outside your country. Your character name, level, class, nation and NP/ranking are visible to other players; your email address is never shown to other players.
5. Retention
- Account and game data are kept while your account is active.
- When you request account deletion, a 14-day grace period starts; signing in during this period cancels the request. After 14 days your account and all characters are permanently deleted.
- Deleted characters can be restored for 14 days, then they are permanently deleted.
- Security and connection logs are kept for at most 1 year unless the law requires longer.

6. Security
All communication between the Game and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. Important game results are decided and validated on the server. No system is 100% secure; never share your password.
7. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13, and the date of birth is asked at sign-up. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn that such an account exists, we delete it. Players under 18 should play with the permission of a parent or guardian.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Residents of Turkey have the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK); residents of the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Send requests from your account email to destek@gloriusforge.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you in the Game about significant changes; the current version is always on this page.
