Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between Glorius Forge (the "Provider") and you, the person who installs and uses the Glorius Forge game (the "Game"). By downloading the Game or creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Account
You need an account to play. You must be at least 13 years old; players under 18 need the permission of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, protecting your password and everything that happens on your account. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.
3. Fair play
Cheating, bots, automation tools, modifying the Game or its network traffic, exploiting bugs, selling accounts or items for real money and harming other players are prohibited. All important results (experience, items, gold, rewards) are decided and validated on the server. Violations may lead to warnings, temporary or permanent bans, or removal of items or progress. Please report bugs to destek@gloriusforge.com.
4. Chat and conduct
Profanity, insults, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, any content related to child exploitation, spam and illegal content are prohibited and lead to bans; where required, they are reported to the authorities. You can report abuse to destek@gloriusforge.com.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Gold, items, crystals and other virtual items have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be sold outside the Game. Purchased digital content (premium packages, cosmetics) is delivered immediately; except where the law says otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their refund policies.
6. Availability
The Game is provided "as is". There may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or other reasons; game balance and content may change. The Provider may modify or discontinue the Game or its features.
7. Intellectual property
The Game's software, artwork, sounds and all content belong to the Provider or its licensors. You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for interruptions, data loss or indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the Game or on the Account Deletion page. You can cancel within 14 days by signing in; after that your account and characters are permanently deleted. Accounts that break these terms may be closed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
